I booked a last-minute hot load that needed to be delivered to my customer by 7 AM the next morning. UE Line Inc. was the first carrier to respond, and they had a truck just 80 miles away! I’m very happy with their service — I received updates the same evening, including pictures of the load being properly taped. By 6:50 AM Central, I got an email letting me know the driver was waiting to unload. Great job, guys! I will definitely call them for future loads.

Gus and Sam are both outstanding, Gus worked diligently to get me approved,orientation was streamlined and fairly quick. When sam says he has your back he means it. I was promised a brand new Pete 589 with a 13 speed manual transmission and a new aluminum 53' stepdeck and that's what I got. Sam gave us insight and the knowledge needed to make money and be successful. When he says he wants to see his lease drivers grow and buy more than one truck and stay on and build their fleets within the company I believe him. I'm a 12 year veteran and have been burned by lease purchases before,and for the first time I'm not nervous or skeptical about the company I signed with. Will post a 6 month update on how the money is.
Been rollin with UE Line since Feb this year and I got no complaints besides having to do PMs at the yard, sometimes you get lucky and you’re in and out other times you’re waiting for a bit. Besides that I’ve been working with Jake as my dispatch and he’s been doing a good job, helps with my personal requests all while securing the best loads possible.
I'm in orientation today with Sam. It's actually an enjoyable orientation. Sam and I go back a couple years in our Pigeon Freight days. Once I found out Sam was here at UE Line I had to join him. As I expected, Sam came to a good company and I don't regret following him. I have his back by working hard, staying out of accidents, and having no freight claims and he has my back. A great relationship. My dispatcher also hired on here. Luke is an awesome dispatcher!!! He's one of a kind. Sam and Luke were the reason I felt like a part of the Pigeon Freight team. I have love and respect for these men. Consistent, professional, respectful, straightforward, No BS type of men.

Where to start, Matt was absolutely amazing from start to finish, he kept me posted, he sent me pictures, he spoke to my pick up location and delivery. Communication was great, his level of service is out of this world!.

Great transparency and great people. Always honest and sincerely care about there drivers. Dispatch is on point and keep you rolling. Equipment is new and well cared for with the latest technology. I am happy to be here and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Great percentage pay, new equipment (that’s not slow), great staff in the office and shop, & also awesome dispatchers that are knowledgeable & well acquainted with the industry. Everything is very transparent here, & the communication is great. Various options available for drivers are as follows; Company, Lease-Purchase or Owner-Operator (lease your truck on). You also have the option to run Flatbed, RGN, Step-Deck, & Oversized loads. The money you desire to make is available here!
Thank god I left 3 weeks to get your first check after that you will not make any money cheap loads they don’t try to (negotiate the rate) last run NJ-IL $1600 and if you say something about it “ ITS ALL WE GOT TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT” and if you want to work all week for to get paid on Mondays go ahead hand no you will not get your last check random charges for them just to keep your money I done my job 100 percent right you can’t come back saying anything bad about me besides taking your truck and load back to the yard after saying I weren’t getting paid anymore how can you override a lease without signatures? Wanting me to go from lease to company overnight? Not the drivers fault y’all are booking cheap fright can’t afford the truck payment

I have worked here for 1 1/2 years. I have done very well. I was able to buy my own brand new trailer from Benson. Working here is 100% freedom, you are a true OO. They don't bother me one bit. I work when I want to and nothing is said. I self dispatch and get some great rates no matter the market. I plan on staying here for a long time. Dispatchers will let you sit even if you send them loads to keep you moving and shop half way fixes stuff on truck and then charge you like the work was done correctly. Will not let you self dispatch as a lease or owner operator.

Best not to work for this company. Made very little money at 20% because their loads were cheap and when I quit because of it they refused to pay me my last week check and escrow money back. These European truck companies are schemers. Talked to one of their previous drivers and he said he caught them lying about the pay on a load that he delivered that originally paid much more than what they told and paid him for.
I highly recommend this company... From the top down...its run with professionalism.... great values and most of all... consistently! Solid equipment...and my dispatcher and operations Manager communicate daily to make sure we're on the same page if there is an issue... If you do your job properly ...mamge your clock and time... no one will bother you... Payroll and check on time every week...yiu get your statements ever Friday... Management is great.. easy to reach at any time and you will never feel stranded in any situation .. I’ve been with the company nearly a year now and I have started to dispatch myself and buy my own trailer. If you’re a responsible owner, and you’re willing to go out there and work, you’ll get what you want out of this company! Everyone is very nice and easy to work with, I have no complaints, other than I wish I leased my truck onto them sooner!

I would put 0 stars. Who writes 5 stars is fake. Terrible company. If there is a problem on the road, no one answers the phone. Such a feeling that there is no manager. When it comes time to collect the deposit, no one answers the phone. The deposit is held for more than 4 months and there is already more than one case that you will get it back. Dispatchers work poorly. Freight rates are often less than those of other carriers of the same cargo. If you are a good driver avoid this company

I have been working for UE Line for about eight months now. It is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever worked the people at the company are very helpful with any issue you have at all! They all seem to go out of their way to make sure that your experience working there is better than any place you’ve ever worked! The dispatchers over here go above and beyond to find the best loads that they can find for you. If you’re thinking about putting in an application over here don’t think about it anymore just do it! You will be more than happy you did!
